SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, all orders received after 12pm on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

SHIPPING METHODS: 

 

SAME DAY SERVICE

We offer a same day shipping service with real time geo tracking for complete visibility and control over delivery. Currently this service is only available in Melbourne Metro area with the following conditions:

• Orders placed same day before 12:00pm AEST Monday to Friday.
• Live geo tracking link will be emailed/text through order confirmation. Order by 12pm and have it delivered by 6pm the very same day.
• Order after 12pm and have it delivered next business day.
• Any order placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
• Please note that if there is no safe location to leave the parcel and no-one is home, please inform us via email at sales@shopnocturne.com.au  so we can organise delivery at your preferred time.

*Please note, this service is not available on weekends and public holidays and is ONLY available to residential addresses.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

1. All Australian & New Zealand orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
2. Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
3. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm that same day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Please note, all orders received after 12pm on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
4. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or Text, including a tracking number. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which NOCTURNE ANZ cannot be held responsible for.

 

NEW ZEALAND & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

New Zealand orders are shipped with DHL, using a DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service. NOCTURNE AUS/NZ cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by NZ customs, and any additional charges rest with the customer. 

Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to NOCTURNE AUS/NZ, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
